Cameron is deeply passionate about Scotland.  He loves to share his knowledge and experience with visitors, helping them to make their own connections with the land, the history and culture, as well as supporting the many amazing local businesses here. He is especially interested in helping people track down their ancestral heritage.

He lives permanently on the Isle of Mull with his husband. His family are Scottish but he was raised in Manchester and London. He read music at New College Oxford and spent most of his life working as an opera conductor, vocal coach and pianist. He made his conducting debut with the London Symphony Orchestra and worked for Royal Opera House, Mariinsky Theatre, Staatsoper Hannover (where he was Kapellmeister for 5 years), English National Opera, BBC Proms, as well as  engagements in the USA, Japan, The Netherlands, Italy, Belgium,  Portugal and Bulgaria. 

Cameron runs social media pages for the Isles of Mull, Iona and Ulva and offers content creation services via Scotland Live and his own page cam.clicks.scotland.

He drives a Jaguar Luxury XF and he holds a Private Hire Licence from Argyll and Bute Council.
