These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Cameron's Luxury Tours Limited (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”), a company registered in Scotland with company number [insert number] and registered office at 26 Riverside Court, Tobermory PA75 6RF, and you, the client (referred to as “you”, “your”, or “the Client”), in respect of all bookings for luxury tours, transfers, experiences, ferry crossings, and related services (“Services”) provided through www.cameronsluxurytours.co.uk (“the Website”).

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (available on the Website). If you do not agree, you must not proceed with any booking.

1. Booking and Contract Formation

1.1 A booking is only confirmed when we receive full payment by bank transfer and issue a written confirmation (email or PDF invoice).

1.2 Bookings are accepted subject to availability and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any booking without explanation.

1.3 All information supplied by you must be accurate. You warrant that you have authority to bind all members of your party and accept responsibility for payment on their behalf.

2. Prices and Payment

2.1 Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise.

2.2 A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 75% must be paid in full to secure the reservation.

2.3 Payment must be made exclusively by bank transfer. No other payment methods are accepted.

2.4 The quoted price is final and will not be subject to any increase after the deposit is paid.

3. Cancellation by You

3.1 Cancellation must be notified in writing to hello@cameronsluxurytours.co.uk.

3.2 Cancellation policy

- More than 90 days before departure: The 25% deposit is non-refundable. 75% of the total tour price will be refunded.

- 61-90 days before departure: 50% of the tour price will be refunded.

- Less than 60 days: no refund will be issued because we will have already committed resources to your reservation. However, a credit note for 75% of the amount paid will be issued, valid for two years from the original tour departure date. The credit may be used towards any future booking with us, subject to availability and any price differences.

3.3 No refunds or credits for unused services, early departure, or no-shows.

4. Cancellation or Changes by Us

4.1 We reserve the right to cancel or significantly modify any tour or ferry crossing due to force majeure (clause 8), minimum participant numbers not being met, or operational reasons.

4.2 If we cancel:

- More than 60 days before departure: Full refund.

- Within 60 days: Full refund or equivalent alternative tour (if available and accepted by you).

4.3 If we make a significant change (e.g., change of destination, accommodation standard, ferry route, or duration by >12 hours), you may:

- Accept the change;

- Choose an alternative tour/ferry (paying or receiving any price difference); or

- Cancel and receive a full refund.

4.4 Notification will be given as soon as practicable. Compensation is not payable for minor changes or cancellations due to force majeure.

5. Your Responsibilities

5.1 Passports, Visas, and Health: You are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports (minimum 6 months validity post-return), visas, vaccinations, and compliance with health formalities. We provide guidance but accept no liability for refusal of travel.

5.2 Behaviour: You must conduct yourself appropriately. We may terminate your tour without refund if your behaviour endangers safety, is discriminatory, causes distress to others, or damages property.

5.3 Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance (covering cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, personal liability, and ferry travel) is mandatory. Proof must be provided 14 days prior to departure.

5.4 Special Requests: Dietary, medical, or accessibility requirements must be notified at booking. We will endeavour to accommodate but cannot guarantee.

6. Third-Party Suppliers

6.1 Airlines, hotels, ferry operators, and other suppliers have their own terms. You are bound by these in addition to our Terms.

6.2 Ferry times are estimates; delays or cancellations due to weather, mechanical issues, or operator decisions are not our responsibility.

7. Complaints

7.1 Issues must be reported immediately to our on-tour representative to allow remedy.

7.2 Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of tour end to hello@cameronsluxurytours.co.uk. We will acknowledge within 7 days and respond substantively within 28 days.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural/technical disaster, fire, epidemic/pandemic, adverse weather, closure of ports/airports, ferry cancellations, or government action.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. You consent to sharing data with suppliers necessary for your tour and ferry arrangements.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the Website and in brochures (images, text, itineraries) is owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

11. General

11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior representations.

11.2 No variation is valid unless in writing and signed by our director.

11.3 If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in force.

11.4 Waiver of any breach does not constitute waiver of subsequent breaches.

11.5 These Terms are governed by Scottish law. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
